Campground Guidelines
Volleyball and many other activities are available at the campground.
- Speed limit is 10 mph throughout the campground.
- Site rental is one unit and one vehicle (park on gravel whenever possible).
- Please, no tents on big rig sites.
- Observe quiet time from 10 pm - 8 am.
- Have visitors register at the office.
- Parents are responsible for children. Please do not walk through occupied sites.
- To use swimming pool children under 15 must be supervised by an adult.
- Follow our pet policy (listed below).
- Put garbage in plastic bags and place in dumpster across from office.
- Build fires in firerings only. Please do not move firerings.
- Alcoholic beverages must be kept on your site and handled properly.
- PA Law prohibits discharging waste water onto ground. Please do not wash vehicles.
- Check-in time is 2:30 pm.
- Check out time is 2 pm. Cabin check out time is 12 noon.
- Modem hookup is available at office.
Firewood
NOTICE: Firewood Transportation Prohibited
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has issued a notice prohibiting the movement of all species of firewood into the State, effective immediately. This quarantine has been issued because of the threat posed by various wood-feeding insects, including Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), Asian Longhorned Beetle, Sirex Wood Wasp, and bark beetles that are considered threats to Pennsylvania’s forest, horticultural and recreational resources. Please help us and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture by not transporting firewood into Pennsylvania. Firewood is sold at our camp store.
Pets
Your pets are welcome here at Country Acres. We ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and observe the following:
- Please keep pets on controlled leash at all times.
- Please do not allow dogs to bark and annoy others.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended when you leave your campsite.
- Pets are not permitted in any buildings, in playground area or pool area.
- All droppings MUST BE picked up immediately and disposed of. Pick up bags are posted throughout the campground for your convenience.
