Bird-in-Hand in honored to be a part of your special day. Our delicious, homemade food and friendly, attentive service will create a memorable experience for you and your family and friends.
We offer reception facilities for up to 300 guests with customized meal packages, rehearsal dinner facilities, delicious wedding cakes from our Bird-in-Hand Bakery & Creamery, romantic lodging accommodations for the bridal couple at our Bird-in-Hand Village Inn & Suites and lodging accommodations for your wedding guests at our family of Inns & Motels. A charming outdoor setting for your wedding ceremony is also available.

Smucker Room – Located in the rear of the main dining room, the Smucker Room is ideal for small groups looking for a private area with access to the Grand Smorgasbord.
Homestead Room – Located in the lower level, the Homestead Room is our largest space, accommodating up to 300.
Beechdale Room – Located in the lower level, the Beechdale Room seats up to 100.
Quaker Room - Located in the lower level, the Quaker Room is available for groups up to 60. This room may also be combined with the Gibbons Room for groups up to 200.
Gibbons Room – Located in the lower level, the Gibbons Room is available for groups up to 100. This room may also be combined with the Quaker Room for groups up to 200.

Groups will have several options for their dining experience at Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant & Smorgasbord. Whether they choose to dine in the Smucker Room, which is just off the main dining room at the Ground Level, or in our Banquet & Conference Rooms, located on the lower level, the group members will appreciate the attractive decor, spacious seating and farm-fresh food. Our Banquet Entrance allows for a convenient place for Group Guests to enter, providing easy, elevator-accessible entry to both levels.

Warm Hospitality in A Clean, Family Atmosphere
We offer clean, comfortable Guest Rooms at the Bird-in-Hand Family of Inns. Each room has remote control cable TV and individual climate control. Our Guests consistently rate our cleanliness nearly 100% excellent.
Special Lodging Group Amenities
Our Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant & Smorgasbord, located next door to the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn, is open from 6 AM - 8 PM year-round Monday through Saturday. Sunday morning we feature a hot breakfast buffet for our Guests.
