Seasons of Bird-in-Hand

For 40 years, the Smucker Family of Bird-in-Hand has shared the homemade goodness, fresh foods and family recipes from generations of Smuckers with their neighbors and guests. From season to season and generation to generation, the legacy of our grandmothers’ kitchens and gardens live on. The Smucker family is pleased to share these rich traditions of local home grown food and delicious Pennsylvania Dutch recipes with the many guests who come to Lancaster County to enjoy the goodness of the earth and gentle ways of life. Bird-in-Hand highlights six seasonal flavors throughout the year at Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant & Smorgasbord, Bird-in-Hand Bakery and the Bird-in-Hand Family of Inns. Throughout the year we will be featuring products made with fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables.
