Cancellations, Privacy and More

The Cancellation Policy for our Family of Inns and Motels is 24 hour notice for Bird-in-Hand Family Inn, Mill Stream Country Inn, Travelers Rest Motel, and Amish Country Motel.  Bird-in-Hand Village Inn & Suites requires 48 hours notice for cancellation.  Please do not send cancellation requests via email. 

The Privacy Policy for the Bird-in-Hand Family of Companies is as follows:

We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. We will not sell or share your contact information, including email address to any company outside of Bird-in-Hand Corporation.  We will, from time to time send an invitation to join our email list; but you may reserve the right to decline at any time.
